Noiro Installer 0.2.25

One setup package with the Noiro skin and bundled Noiro Player runtime. Skin version: 0.2.4. Player runtime: 1.0.160. The wizard is the download for new Kodi installations. Settings → Audio provides output channels, passthrough and Dolby Digital AC3 setup when the bundled runtime supports it. Original OpenSubtitles search and language fallback remain available when AI is unavailable. The old local-test startup screen is removed. Startup remains blank until the Noiro app opens. Installer, skin and player update together. Noiro Subtitles language configuration is managed separately under Addons on the website.

New installation

  1. Install Kodi 21. Add https://noiro.tv/kodi/ in Settings → File manager → Add source and name it Noiro.
  2. Open Add-ons → Install from zip file → Noiro and select the wizard ZIP. Enable Unknown sources only if you choose to install this package.
  3. Open Program add-ons → Noiro Installer → Run. Choose Activate and confirm Yes when Kodi asks to keep the skin.
  4. Sign in with your Stremio account.

Already using Stremio for Kodi?

Keep your existing profiles, login and library. Existing 1.0.132 users first accept the automatic runtime update, then the shared Noiro Installer update. Later releases use one automatic Home offer outside playback. The shared update verifies all components and keeps previous code for recovery. New standalone users install and run the installer ZIP once.

The manual Skin updates and local Subtitles & AI setup are removed from the companion skin. Noiro Subtitles is configured on the website. Legacy update feeds remain available for existing installations. Back up your Kodi data before changing the interface.

Preview status

The original wizard installation was tested through Install from ZIP on a fresh Mac Kodi 21.3 profile. The shared three-component update passed in Mac Kodi, plus rollback and profile-preservation checks. Full installation testing of this exact package on Apple TV is still pending. Local interface restrictions do not prevent device administrators from changing files.
